We’re proud to officially share that our team has transitioned from eXp Realty to our very own independent brokerage: BeMAJOR Gulf Coast Realty – Powered by PLACE, led by Broker Nicole Majors.

While our brokerage name is new, our mission remains the same: to serve with integrity, expertise, and heart — helping people navigate real estate with confidence and clarity.

Meet Our Broker: Nicole Majors

Nicole isn’t just our Broker. She’s the foundation.

• Nicole has been immersed in real estate since 2015, and before that, honed her skills working as a closing agent for a local title company. She’s also journeyed through careers in insurance and banking — giving her a broad, grounded understanding of the many sides of home ownership and finance.
• In December 2021, she re-branded and formed the original BeMAJOR team, nurturing it into a tight-knit group that serves this coastline with passion, empathy, and expertise.
• Her mission? To create something more than a “real estate agency.” She’s building a community — a place where clients aren’t just transactions, but neighbors, friends, and family.
• Nicole and her husband KC have raised two incredible daughters — Kaleigh and Kyla — and are now enjoying the “empty nest.” Their story, their values, and their commitment to integrity and service are woven into everything BeMAJOR stands for.
